good morning everyone
feeling much better today, i was all over the place yesterday but managed to eat healthy snacks rather then junk
i've some really great news my daughter Jo who from september 1st started healthy eating and going for some extra long walks has lost 12lbs this last month[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]
we are so proud of her[msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

Nipped out this morning to exchange the Per Una stuff my mother bought me - down from a size 18 she bought me to a 16 and found things with elasticated waist so will do when I am finally able to have my op. Then spent the day washing and cleaning. I do like these days off[gun].
