and ??????? not sure for tea, better nip off and check out the fridge

i'm exhausted again! which is always a bad food choice time for me[msnscared]

Just got in from visiting my Dad and going straight to class where I had a 21/2 lb loss[msnsmile2][msnsmile2] so feel I am going well.
Cricket was nice weather was good pity England didn't shine like the sun .It got a bit boring in the middle but the ending was exciting and I got to watch some of the world best players.

Hopefully no surprises on the eating front this week so should be able to keep on track.

    thanks Julieanne and Karen

i have a crick in my neck[msneek] i slept so badly sun/mon that on tues i was dead to the world and woke feeling a little stiff, the hairdressers yesterday was relaxing but sheer agony when it came to the washing part and i've spent hours with Jo's bedtime bear (you heat him up in the microwave) sat on my shoulder and still no improvement[msnsad]

Fiona, i love my strawberry blonde hair but hate the way the hairdresser always asks if i want to keep the copper highlights, obviously she doesn't come across too many people wanting to be a redhead even those who have blonded bits too, my hair grows extremely fast so need cutting every 6-8 weeks and it's around £80-100 every visit[msnoo] but shhhh!!! dh doesn't know that, he only pays £10 every 6 weeks for his and he'd have to sit down for a week if he knew it costs that much

Paula the girls look ever so sweet in their little blazers and it's good to know your feeling better about yourself[grouphug]

    Congratulations Janny[clap][clap][clap]

Jill, good luck for todays weigh in

Julie, are you finally childless today too? ooh whatever will you do with yourself[msnwink]

have a good day everyone, i intend too despite the pain

    Mizzy
