Julie, I hope your migraine disappears very soon.

Fiona, we had 3 power cuts the other day and as the 3rd one happened at 8pm we were told that it could be early morning before it came back on. I was so pleased when it came back on at 2am, but it was only on for a split second! It eventually came back on just after 5am [msnmad], so I know just how you were feeling to find your phone line back on this morning.

I will have to look to see if I have any more decent photos of Lily. I have loads of her sleeping, as thats the only time she is still. I have taken loads of her while she is being cheeky but she manages to move just as the camera flashes. Thought I had got 3 lovely shots of her posing for the camera, then when I looked at them she had put her nose on the lens so they are blurred[msnoo].

Julie, have you suffered from migraines for a while, just wondered if your Dr could prescribe something that would be more effective? Hope you are feeling much better tomorrow, sounds like you have had a rotten day today if the migraine is still around.

I have taken a few good photos of Lily this evening so when I get time I will post a couple. but please tell me if you start getting bored of seeing them, puppie photos are not exactly anything to do with healthy eatng after all[msnembarrased]. I am like a proud mum so wont know when to stop!

Mizzy I will try and post a trip report, although it will probably be a bit boring, we are planning on buying a hot tub when we arrive, then the rest of the time I plan to spend lying by the pool doing nothing in particular

Hi Karen, Yes have suffered for years and already have Dr prescribed meds which normally work well but for some reason not this time[msnsad]

Can't stand to be on here long as the screen is too bright[msncry]

Why dont you go back to the Dr and tell him or her that when the migraines are really bad the medication prescribed simply does not shift it? If you have been on this medication for a while there may be more recent drugs that will work better. I really feel for you, my hubby used to suffer terribly with migraine, he was physically sick and had to lie in a darkened room. Each attack would last for a few days, not quite sure why but he tends to suffer only every blue moon nowadays[msnoo].

Hope you are soon feeling 100%. If you do have to do work on the PC regardless of the migraine, try wearing your sunglasses to dim down the glare of the screen.
