There are other places doing DC tickets but booking direct is best, I have heard of problems with people booking through travel agents. We choose not to do them as the bookking procedure is a real pain, sorry.

On another discussion site we look at there was a big problem with an attraction ticket site going bust and the discovery cove tickets were all lost.
We went two years ago with a friend for her birthday, she really enjoyed it. We had been to Mexico and done the dolphin swim there before so we knew what to expect. It would be better to do it in the summer months rather than the winter months, as the water can be a little colder, although they do give you body wetsets.
We booked direct with discovery cove and the send you confirmation letters and everything, so you know you are definitely booked.
All i would say is book direct if this site cannot help you. You hear to many bad stories these days about companies going bust and this is a once in a life time experience. It is also one of few places where you cannot just turn up and pay it has to be booked well in advance.

i would book direct, we did and you have direct confirmation through the post of your booking with full instructions of what you need to do on the day of your booking (directions, info about what you can and can not bring into the park, what to expect etc, etc,)
you pay in dollars so with the exchange rate being so good at the moment now would be as good a time as any[msnsmile]

We had a great day. We went at Christmas and were thankful that the weather wasn't too cold. You are given long or short wet suits (they help you float so that was quite good)and the have patio heaters at the restaurants. The lazy river was lovely and warm too after swimming with the rays and fish. We opted to pay extra to have the 14 days at Sea World and Busch Gardens and paid for the valet parking (did this by phone as didn't see it on the website) which gives you free priority parking at these two parks. If you are going to go more than once to each, it does work out as a saving. They make you feel special and it is never crowded due to limits on numbers. You can do your 14 days before you do DC, just go to customer service. Sea World even has a special entrance for DC users!

We booked our day over the phone - it also gives you the chance to request either a morning or afternoon swim with the dolphins (obviously they can't guarantee it). The 14 days also entitles you to take the courtesy bus to Busch Gardens if you don't want to drive yourself.
You can't beat at day at Discovery Cove!

We booked direct, via the website. They were also very helpful with a couple of queries we had.
We had the most fantastic day, and I would thoroughly recommend it.
