christmas holidays

hi everyone !
we are going to be in florida for christmas day and new years eve with our 25 year old, we have been on 1st jan before but never for the actual 25th and 1st. so we are a bit stuck as what to do , i hear gaylord palms is good for christmas dinner , anyone know how far in advance you need to book ? also heared planet hollywood is good new years eve for teenagers as i think city walk is over 21's i treid to e-mail planet hollywood but no reply as of yet , any other ideas that any one has tried ? we will be staying at glenbrook so any help welcome !![msnsmile2]
