Some years back I got a CCJ. Will this exclude me from using the Visa waiver scheme?

As a CCJ is a civil matter rather than a criminal one I would think that you are still eligible to enter the US on visa waiver, but I'm sure someone will be able to give you a definitive answer.

You could always ring the US embassy and ask, or check on the website to see if it has any info.

It is not a CIMT ........ You can use the Visa Waiver .
