Declare it. You will be fine, if they quiz you about it, whatever you do don't say it was quite un-intentional. I have friends who have declared the same thing and had no problem at all.

    Hi Nelly

There have been similar concerns raised in the past and posted on this site.

There are 2 simple responses, you can be honset and declare it and risk not being allowed entry, admittedly this is a relativley small risk given the circumstances.

Or you can, as some people might suggest, say nothing, on the basis that the US Authorities have no way of checking this information.

In short it is entirely up to you, but as they say "honesty is the best policy"

    Either way have fun.

    Nelly,

There is nothing that can be done about it now, until you arrive onto US soil. It is a long flight, you are going on holiday to relax. Try not to think about it now, worrying for that length of time will surely just make you look more guilty when you arrive (even if you are not guilty of anything! - I am sure that's is really poor English, but, whatever...).

The other thing to remember is that you are not trafficking in drugs/ munitions/ food. See what happens and be honest if they ask, America wants your business and I am sure that the immigration people are as aware of that as anyone else.

Let us know how you get on, especially if you can find internet access over there.

I have a friend in US immigration......and when I can get hold of him...I'll pick his brains about points and worries people have about their visits.....without giving him any idea why....you'll only have to worry about him if you over stay your visa...then he comes after you with a big gun..and a one way ticket home......he's a really busy guy....but he maybe able to tell me what they can and can't find out about you when you get over here.....

Hope it all goes well-whatever you decide to do-'let him without sin throw the first stone' and all that sort of thing.

    Good Luck!

Pleased to hear that you got in without any problems. Am not surprised you had the best 3 weeks of your life. I suppose you now want to go back again!
