Hi we will be in florida in October, can anyone inform me of any concert arena or music venus, in / around the area.And if so can anybody help me find out bands that are playing between the dates of the 11th of October till the 31st very much into punk/rock/emo/indie ect

Orlando has 3 venues and tampa 4 .

[name edited] sell the tickets for T D Waterhouse Centre in Orlando, The House of Blues at Downtown Disney, Hard Rock at Universal, but you can buy direct from the House of Blues plus (if you are happy to travel) look for Miami and Melbourne. Clapton is on 20th October at the Waterhouse Centre but probably not the sort of thing you are looking for!

They have quite a few concerts there.

We went to a jazz concert in Historic Kissimmee in May It was free and held on the lake with food and stalls.I believe they hold events through the year.I will ask the frinds we went with if they have a list

It is always good to buy the friday edition of the Orlando Sentinel that has a whats on section

Andrew and Dianes list has Eric Clapton on it.Wow (one of our local boys made good)

We were in Orlando last October and always visit Winter Park. They have a festival every year with live music most days in the park for free. I have to say the quality was fantastic and a great way to spend a day. Have a look at Winter Park on the internet.
