I have purchased tickets for my family on 5th July. I have not received them although I was advised to expect them with in 7-14 days.

I tried using the 'contact us' button on the web site but it does not seem to be working. Help?! Thanks.

If you email the ticket agent direct in Florida at tickets@c2cm.com he will be able to advise the situation. Sometimes the post takes longer than expected so thsi is probably the reason for this. We have now introduced a send by DHL service which only takes a few days to try and speed things up .
