have booked a 6 bedroom villa at clear creek next year but all that i can find on the net are 5 bed villas are there actualy any 6 bed villas for hire at this estate thanks pete

Hi Pete.

I have a house on clear creek(4 bed)and as far as i am aware, I know of only 1 two story house on the whole sub division, the owner specialises in wedding parties but i am still dubiuos as to it being big enough for a 6 bed. May be somebody has converted a garage on a 5 bed.

Best of luck finding out ! May be you could ask for a floor plan ?

Are there pictures of the villa on a website?? This would help resolve the mystery!!

I wonder if you have a six bed; how many are in your party, they may be using the living space for the extra beds. If I remember right, a five bed sleeps 12 people and a 6 bed will sleep 14 people. The licence allows the owner to use the living area as sleep space which adds about + two people to the number of bed rooms

Dave you are right, we have a 5,3 on Clear Creek and we are licensed for 12 (5 bedrooms and 2 can sleep in the living area), we would normally advise it comfortably sleeps 10 however can sleep 12 if required.
