First Floor Fire Escape Ladder

I have a Resqladder first floor fire escape ladder for sale. It has metal rungs joined by chains. This ladder is intended for use to escape from a 1st Floor window in the event of a fire - ideal for upstairs bedrooms or a first floor flat. The top hook will fit most window sills. There are a number of 'standoffs' for ease of use. Fits wall thicknesses up to 9', hooks rest solidly against both inside and outside walls, a window sill is not necessary for use. The Ladder is approx 4.5 m (15 ft) long and comes with full instructions for use. All steel construction, chain tension tested to 1000 lbs. Item has not been used £18.00
