It's all been said above, however if you still have any concern at all I’m sure that if you asked the owner they would be happy to provide some sort of documentary evidence that they own the home.
If you booked through the sites above then there is really no need to worry as they have a long history of being the best there is!

I agree with all the others, but I do understand why you might be cautious. If I thought any of my future guests were worried I would only be too happy for them to contact me so that I could put thier mind at ease.

I`ve got to agree with Shirley. If any of our guests were worried we would hope they would give us a call so we could put their minds at ease. Also as many other people have already posted, all the villas on this site are verified that we do own our villas.

Give the owners a call and speak to them, we did that the first couple of times we went out - it does help put your mind at rest, but you may be on for a long time as the owners are as enthusiastic as the visitors.
