I have purchased tickets for my family on 5th July. I have not received them although I was advised to expect them with in 7-14 days.

If you email the ticket agent direct in Florida at tickets@c2cm.com he will be able to advise the situation. Sometimes the post takes longer than expected so thsi is probably the reason for this. We have now introduced a send by DHL service which only takes a few days to try and speed things up.
