That is disgraceful! How did you manage to get to where you were staying and then back to the airport again the next day? Even if the car hire paid for taxis, it is all the time it must have taken and inconvenience of having to go all the way back to the airport the next day. I hope that you were well compensated.[msnmad]

We have never had any trouble at Sanford - even when it is very busy and the queue is long they have a lot of desks open and get through the queue very quickly. When we went to San Francisco in February there was only one person in front of us but it still took over half an hour as there was only one person n the desk.
