Immigration at sanford

Can any body give me an average time for getting through immigration at Sanford, as last year at Miami it took 2 hours.

We went last week, took us 30 minutes.

last year they were working in there and 3 planes landed around the same time and we weren't the first plane to land [msncry] (it took ages!)Pleased to see they finished the work and we went through in 20 minutes in feb this year[clap] dollar on the other hand took ages!(can't win!!)[msnsad]

It really does depend how many aircraft they have arriving at the same time, and Saturday will be busier than any other day, as they have most arrivals then

My brother arrived at Sanford yesterday and it took just 40 minutes for them to get through immigration, get bags and pick up car - a record i think!!![msnsmile] I suppose it does depend on how many flights arrive around the same time though.

We have had between 30 & 60 minutes. As above, depends on volume of traffic at that time.

We landed there twice last year and went straight through on both times as well, could'nt believe it realy because it was August And christmas time we went.

I would give yourself at least an hour just to be on the safe side, saying that we did it in 25 minutes last October only 45 on the flight from Cardiff

we always try and fly into Sanford, loads less hastle and you're usually through immigration with 30 minutes, unlike International which is like a "cattle market" and can take over an hour (if your lucky).

Only seems to be a problem when there have been changes to the schedule i.e.several flights arriving at once due to delays. Usually in & out within 30 minutes.
