highgate park H27

Can anyone please advise if they have been to Highgate park on the H27 as i am looking at a villa just now.

Is there any building work still going on if its a new development,or is it complete.

Hi Greer,
We own a villa on Highgate Park.

It is in a great location and within easy access to all the attractions and conveniently placed for shops and restaurants.

Highgate Park is a new developement which is almost completed. I have been informed that all major construction should have finished by June/July, and everything completed by August/September, so it depends when you are looking to go.
Not all homes will be effected by construction so I would strongly advise that you talk to the owner of the villa you are interested in.
It is a lovely development with beautiful homes, tennis courts and childrens play area.

I also own on Highgate Park there is little construction and most is almost finished like Linda has said, The building by our villa was finished last year. Highgate Park is a gated community access gained by entering a combination number into a key pad. There is a tennis court and a children's play area. Highgate Park is one of 6 communites on Legacy Park. There are supermarkets, golf courses and a few eating places within a few minutes drive away. I hope this information helps Greer

Hi, as Linda & Rose both say this is a great community to stay 30mins from Orlando International Airport, 10mins from disney 2 mins from supermarkets and takeaways, what else would one want. Have a great time.[msncool]

The entry to Legacy Park/ Highgate park - is this the same entry to Polo Park Blvd. or is further south on the 27. I've been looking at Google maps and earth and don't see it, just wondered if they wre a bit out of date

Only 3 1/2 weeks to go.
