Try the House of Blues at Downtown Disney and Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios...

For larger concerts, td waterhouse stadium central orlando (saw aerosmith here), Tampa fairground, just as you come into tampe on the I4.(saw Rush here)

I don't know that they have rock concerts but there is a big concert stadium at Cypress Gardens now and they do hold large scale events there.
On their website, there is a list of concerts scheduled for this year.

Osceola Heritage Park have concerts on (not sure what in the near future). They have a list of concerts on their website.
