Can you stretch to 3 months?
Definitely do two weeks [joined together] in Orlando - I remember going with BOTH sets of grandparents and a 4 year old
- 4 year old, no problem,
grandparents -need somewhere comfortable to relax, and time to relax in.
I would suggest a villa as near to parks as you can, so you can do early mornings in the park, back to the pool and relax, and let little uns have a sleep and play in the pool, and back to parks in Evening for more fun and fireworks - this worked for us -we could all take the pace that way [8D]
For me it is nice to go to the supermarkets and buy some of the wonderful food selections available [I am talking ready to eat chicken, salad, bread and Key lime pie
] for a relaxed late lunch, as I get fed up of Fast food Burgers and the like, and do not like to pre plan meals in restaurants, as I want to enjoy the freedom of being unplanned [
)]
Thats all part of the fun of a florida holiday in a villa though. No whispering when the kids have gone to sleep in a crammed Hotel room, no packing a bag to go to the pool, no dressing up for breakfastJust freedom and luxury. And then off to the idyllic gulf coast, enjoying days of an old fashioned beach holiday with the kids, and lovely meals in the evening, working on the tan, enjoying romantic sunsets with the Grand parents asking where the nearest rest room is
Okay, thats just my humour...........Have a lovely time, you will make very special memories for your parents and kids -never to be forgotten
