One of the many reasons we keep returning to Florida is the good value offered. Friends are constantly asking why we dont go elsewhhere for a change . We considered California this year but looking at the cost of accomodation we just could not afford it . The great advantage with renting a villa is that with having young people who are unsure of their Summer plans we can accomodate then if they change their minds and decide to join us for a week in Florida . A very important part of our holiday is the accomodation and the standard of Orlando villas is extremely high. I love living in luxury and comfort on holidays.

Come to the Cape and spend $2k a week on a small house ...no pool..no bedding...no grass cut...no MC...you have to clean on the honour system...you're all in the wrong area...one house here rents for $40k a month...

Totally agree with the above. A friend of mine has a 3 bed villa in Crete and offered it to me for a week in July for £900. All he had by way of entertainment was a TV. I told him the prices for Florida Villas with Games Rooms, DVDs, Playstation....list is endless. He couldn't believe it.

We have stopped gpoing to Center Parks, I feel they have priced themselves off the market.

    Florida is far better value.
