I think you are going to be staying in our villa. We don't play either but guests who play report:-

Long Marsh, Rotonda - excellent/long

The Palms at Rotunda - excellent/long/more water hazards

The Hills at Rotunda - older but good

Lemon Bay - very good/more water hazards

You can book on the internet through the site mentioned above by Andrew. If you want specific times you may want to book online nearer the time.
