A friend flew back from New York last week and woke up to find his glasses were gone.
He was told to stay in his seat and after all passengers were off the plane a workman came on board and dismantled the seat to recover them.
Since he was going straight to work,he was mightily relieved and grateful!

Well done BA. Well they are the best, even though I am biased.

This has happened a few times to me as crew, especially with the first class seats and the new club world seats. It was usually expensive pens that got lost.

It is nice Linda don't you think, so many times BA gets bad press like its a national pastime to knock the national carrier[msnwink]

I am looking forward to flying with them again next week, hope I know some of the crew[msnwink]

Have to say we hadn't flown with BA for years until this February when we couldn't get our usual Virgin flights. We were both really impressed though - maybe I just imagined it but the seats seemed more comfortable than those on Virgin and I felt like I had more legroom.

The cabin crew were great as well - very efficient and friendly.

We are already booked with Virgin for our trips this year in June & November but will definitely be trying BA again in 2007
