Orlando to Clearwater

Hi Guys

You were all a great help last year when we asked questions and now I have another.

We are travelling to Orlando in May, staying 4 nights and then going to Clearwater (hotel on Sandkey park) does anyone know have much a cab or town car is going to cost us only we got chatting with a towncar driver last year and he gave us a good rate, but not sure how much it should have cost.

Hiring a car is a big big no no so please don't suggest that one

Any ideas on cost would be great and then return from Clearwater to MCO airport.

Any help would be great, also haven't been in May before is this a good time to get a good tan?

And I belive its about 89 out there at the moment! I am out there first two weeks in May so we should get a god tan![:O]

Hi Icemaidenuk,

We always drive so have never had the need for a cab but I have recomended Billy's taxis to several of my guests after he was recommended to me by another owner on here (thanks Dave) and they have all said how reliable Billy was and what a good service he offers.

His website is www.floridatransport.com and his e-mail is transportdisney@aol.com on his website he quotes a price of $155 one way from the Disney resorts to Clearwater airport in a Lincoln towncar or a Dodge caravan or a Ford passenger van. The prices for the Dodge caravan and the passenger van state for 1-6 passengers but the ford will carry up to 14 people depending on how much luggage you've got, extra passengers are charged at a rate of $5 per person on top of the regular rate.

I'm sure if you e-mailed him with exactly how many of you there are, where you are travelling from and to he would be happy to give you a more detailed quote.
