Hi Sunnyjim,
Welcome aboard! You will find the members on this forum are very helpful as well as knowledgeable and are willing to share their experiences.
As you will see from the posts made, Blott and Fiona are well versed on many matters. I would certainly take note of what they say if I was in your position.
Fiona is not exaggerating in saying that there is a glut of 4 beds.
One rule I made was not to let my heart rule my head and make sure you give everything much thought.
