Villa for sale in Thousand Oaks $289.950

Hi i am selling my lovely Villa in Thousand Oaks.Does anybody know anyone who might be interested? It is a 4 bed 2 bath with South facing pool. It has a large pond/small lake and conservation views. My wife and i have just had a baby girl called Amy and have'nt got the time anymore to deal with it. Also we can't go out for a while so we thought we would sell it. we are gutted because it is our pride and joy but these things happen..I am selling it for $289.950
Any help would be appreciated.

I think it is priced fairly what do you think [link edited - links to external villa sites are against forum rules] we had it with a realtor who said he could get $312 but we reduced it and went with Coldwell banker and they said $289.950.

If you link some pics of it people might be able to get a feel of what it is like. Good luck with the sale. Coldwell Banker are pretty honest with appraisals and we bought with them, so good luck.
