its got to be Southern Dunes, lovely community and very easy to get to the attractions.Walmart within walking distance and lots of places to eat across from the entrance.

Have to agree, may be biased though as our villa is on Southern Dunes also.

vince so long as you get a villa that suits you, most estates are much of a much. southern dunes has the benefit of a golf course. i havent stayed there nor at terra verde. we drove around s d. and it seemed nice. everyone will tell you something different, we prefer to be nearer the 192 but some people like to be next to the i4 to blast in that way.
we try to make sure that any villa we stay in has a tv in each room a spa and pool table /games room. it works for us. we stayed on highlands reserve 2 year ago with a golf course view and that was nice.
really if you are getting what you 'need' in a villa and the price is right then go for it! enjoy [msnsmile2]

You can find some info about the communities here which may help you.

Once again, I'm biased but I would agree the best thing you can do is print off the info on the two villas and highlight the best features, then get all the family to vote. I'm sure whichever you choose, you will have a fabulous time.
Everyone wants something different from their holiday, but you may well spend more time than you expect at the villa as unlike a hotel room, you will enjoy being there with your own pool etc

I prefer the Poincianna Blvd area although we haven't stayed on Terra Verde. Last trip we stayed nearby in Indian Point. This area suits our needs and we always look for villas nearby.

So, when you are next on Poinciana Blvd. just check out Terra Verde.
Of course, you will have to let the man on the gate let you in, since it is a 24 hr. security controlled community.
Of course, I have to declare that I am biased. Will be there next week.
