Aren't we blessed

Been counting my blessings - just lost two close friends this last week and feel so down. But when I log on and read all our posts about our forthcoming holidays to Florida I realise that life goes on and we just have to take each day as it comes and be so grateful for what we have. I was thinking of those who would just love to be able to go abroad and how lucky I am to have been to Florida 5 times. I am just so grateful I have now a holiday to look forward to and wish everybody could enjoy the beauty of the place.

Lisi, so sorry to hear of your sad loss, but how lovely to be able to count your blessings despite your sadness.

You are right in that we have so much to be thankful for, and we so often take it all for granted too.

Every time we return from Florida I am counting down to the next trip. My daughter said to me on one of our holidays "we only ever go on holiday to Florida and Spain" I told her to be thankful and that some people have never been abroad and would gladly step into her shoes for just one of her holidays to Florida!! It's so easy to take it all for granted!

Lisi life does go on,we have no option. I very much doubt your dear friends would want you
to be sad for long.
We all miss friends and family we no longer can share our life's ,The best we can do is never forget them and take them in our hearts whereever we go. [msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

I know what you mean Lisi[grouphug]We are currently in Vermont on a skiing holiday and having a great time as a family so it is easy to feel blessed hereI too have much to be thankful for
