Hi Susan and welcome to the forum[8D] I have not been to Florida in July so would not have a oersonal recommendation for the 4th July, but would assume ALL the theme parks would make a special event of this day, and almost any restaurants would be celebrating in some way!![msnwink] Try using the search facility at the top of the page to find any previous discussions on this topic! Hope that helps?
Hope you have a wonderful trip

Hi Susan, Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you will find lots of information for your holiday in July. You will have lots of fun planning and will soon have a "Florida File" full of things to do & places to go also restaurants to try etc..etc..etc...

Last year we went to Celebration. There were stalls, face painting and street displays etc followed by a spectacular firework display in the evening. The atmosphere was great and all the Americans we spoke to thought it was nice that we were out to celebrate with them. The restuarants were all VERY busy so it is best to book in advance if you want to eat.
