It should be noted that in general only banks, schools and public buildings and institutions have all those days off, Other people in general only have the major holidays off, ie Christmas, New Year, Thnnksgiving, Labor Day and Memorial Day. Presidents Day this week was observed by banks and public buildings but in the south as in Florida the schools elected to take Rodeo Day off instead and work on Presidents Day, Such is the north/south divide!
