Someone's using my Avatar!!!

From Active Topics I accidentally clicked on the Florida Junior sections a few days ago and discovered one of the Florida Juniors seems to be using the same Avatar (I had it first). Before anyone thinks I'm posting in the Junior section, I DM'd them asking them if they would mind changing it but no response.
Is there anyway of removing someone's Avatar?

Unless you own copyright on the image then there is not a lot we can really do about it if the other user refuses to change it. I'd hope a polite email or DM to them with your request should sort it out.

Maybe they have gone away for half-term and just not seen my DM. In the meantime if you spot the Florida flag waving in the Junior Forum it's nothing to do with me.
