I thought it may be helpful if the kids area on the forum is a different color than the rest of the forum. There have been several times that I was going to post myself and then realized at the last moment it was the kids area.

Very good idea, it is very easy to make that mistake[msnscared]
I have just done it today. Clicked on an active topic from the front page and posted, just gone back in again to see what had been posted since only to find Blott reminding me it was the kids area.
Something needs to be done to rectify this problem and I think CDV's suggestion is the answer as I have only ever gone into that area via the active topics. I know owners get a different 'active topics' to non owners so surely it could be expanded.

Maybe the kids topics could be taken off the active topics?

I think is a good idea too CDV, haven't actually posted there yet but come close a few times. Our son has posted in there but doesn't post often enough to warrant his own user name yet.[msnsmile]

Can the Kids area not just have a password. So the kids are the only ones who can access it.
