What happens when everyone wants the new ones?????
We have just replaced my Husbands so I wonder how they will get around to everyone?

Well there will probably be a lot of people at the airports trying to prove that they are the same person in the photograph!

It is only from the end of August that everyone who applies will get a biometric one, how they are going to phase them in I am not quite sure unless they do it a centre at a time.

I would not hold your breath. If it's anything like all the other systems this government have tried to introduce it will be a total shambles and take years before the system actually works, if ever.
