Ours is "I'm not in Love" by 10cc, believe it or not Ray requested it for me at our engagement party, bot did he get a ribbing, not the sort of title you'd expect really just as you start out. I know the song is actually a love song but its been fun taking the mickey out of Ray for years.[msnsmile2]

Well, I can go almost one better CDV. On that Seabourn cruise we went on at Christmas (remember the one I had you drooling about) we met and made friends with the man who wrote that song - Luigi Creatore. He was wonderful at 84. It was his birthday on board and his wife Joyce, who used to sing with a girl band in the 60s sang "their song" for him. It was "My funny Valentine". Strange that, I was only thinking of it this morning being Valentines Day. She has a fantastic voice and must be at least 75 years of age. He was telling me he wrote The Lion Sleeps Tonight as well as many others. He makes enough from the royalties to fund his very frequent trips aboard that very expensive 6 star ship.

Bobby Goldsbrough anything by him. We were saving up all our pennys to get married and used to babysit for my sisters children so we did not have to spend anything going out and we would listen to his greatest hits album, so anything by him brings a lot of memorys back.Oh to be 16 again.

Only Sixteen was my era Barbara and I do remember it well
I got my first valentines card when I was 13. That was 46 years ago. My husband of 38 years was the boy who sent it to me.
