How on earth can you decide what to wear if it's freezing cold in the morning but in the 70's by lunch time.........think I feel a shopping trip coming on [msnwink]

I think the key is wear layers and peel them off as it gets warmer.[msnsmile]

I did wonder about my small palms...they have lived through two years of frost so far...frost seems to be more common now..or its reported more....they were talking on the tv about losing the oranges again this year....that is 3 years in a row....

Another cold front - freezing temperatures and the possibility of snow in Florida(and UK!) - temps back above normal by Sunday.

Agreed it is is normally warmer in Florida than UK; and some would rather be there etc etc[msnwink]

Robert we left Orlando yesterday with temp of 38 having had 3 weeks of 80/85 part from a few days round Christmas where it dropped to around 75. Arriving back in Gatwick to 38 there was no comparison, it was glorious sunshine in Orlando and grey and damp in the UK.

But it's only for two days, not months on end like the UK...

Absolutely Blott. (Great day for someone to be painting the pool deck)

Robert I thought it was a beautiful day yesterday if a little colder but there was not a cloud in the sky and it was quite refreshing and certainly no snow.[8D]

It is amusing being over here and watching TV with advice on how to keep warm! The temperature is 60F but forcast to be back to 80F by Saturday. As CDV says it is a beautiful day today - bright and sunny with not a cloud in the sky. We've just put on a sweater and jeans and off to walk along the deserted beach.

I never thought I would be cold in FL..living like I do in the frozen North....but I get cold quicker down there than here for some reason...but I like doing the parks on cold days...seeing people all dressed up like they are in the Artic...and me in a t-shirt....with fur boots on....[msncool]

I think we feel colder here in FLORIDA when it dips down from 70 to 50 and still sunshining .
We are here and went walking today and just put a fleece on and still got a little tanned so not complaining at all .
