We have all of our park tickets purchased here. Do we need to take any id to activate them such as our passports?? Thanks

No Maureen, no ID is required, however if you have travellers cheques, you may need photo ID for those, and you have to have your drivers license on you at all times when driving.

We have used our park tickets from this site without being asked for ID. As Macka says tho keep your driving license with you at all times as you may be asked to show ID when hiring anything like airboats or bikes etc

Although you do not need any id with the park tickets, if your tickets gets demagnetised and will not go through the turnstile, you have to provide id to have another one issued.

We did get asked for ID when we visited Sea World - this was the 1st park we had used our Orlando Flexi tickets in so possibly this was the reason??

Provided you have a UK Drivers Licence - with picture - this will be accepted as ID. If you don't have a new style licence then have your passport handy. You will also need photo ID to get in Disney Resort Hotel Car Parks if you go for a meal etc.

    Happy Holiday!

Although our tickets got stuck in the turnstile a few times we were never asked for ID.

Do make sure that the tickets are signed on the backs so that you know whose is whose. The turnstiles have fingerprint checkers that link the card and holder together when used in the future, and if the two don't match it can really slow you down.

strange one this, our kids like to pick a different character every time we visit the parks and we have never had any probs. i have sometimes had to sign my name on a clipboard so they can check the signature on the back.
