buying a villa in florida

i am thinking of buying a villa on I-27 area of orlando, florida on a buy to let [ as many weeks as possible per year?? ] basis.
i have been recommended to a company based in Oakham, Leiscestershire called Pilgrim UK LTD, i have been told that this is a very reputable company with many years experiance in florida, has anyone had any dealings with this company?
also is there any villa owners willing to offer any advice
i have been visiting florida most years over the past 11 years

Welcome to the forum. I've never heard of Pilgrim UK so can't advise you on that but I used to live near Oakham (which is a relatively small place) and don't remember them being there then.
