well i'm just checking in for the night

i've had a super day with pasta quiche for lunch and a chow mein from the chinese (7syns) for tea/supper

been good and not had any sweet treats or any of hubbys huge toblerone even though it keeps winking at me from the top of the fireplace[msneek]

hope everyone has had a good weekend and we can all continue with some more fabulous weight losses this week[msnsmile2]

chicken breast with soy sauce and salad

strawberries with 1 scoop of low fat ice cream 3 syns
15g cadburys dairy milk 4 syns[msnembarrased]
lots of water[angel]
