    hi everyone

sorry for those of you who were poorly yesterday, hope you all start to feel much better today[grouphug]

well i had a great time yesteday, lovely visit to the hairdressers and i'm very pleased with the result, nice natural colour that looks all mine rather than from a bottle[msnwink]

party last night was better than expected, the children coped quite well so that was a relief, there was lots of choice food wise with plenty of cooked ham, chicken and salads and then a good selection of desserts inc fresh fruit so lots of choice for the healthy eaters, i had cooked meats (chicken and ham) with salad and home made virtually fat free coleslaw followed by fruit pavlova without cream [angel] and just diet coke to drink so i should, finger crossed, be ok come weigh in tommorow

it's far too hot for me outside today, but i may sit out later this evening when the sun isn't as strong and unwind with a book

hope everyone has a great day today

    Mizzy

Things better in our house today, Hannah still laying on sofa asleep but so much better.

Been very good with my eating[angel]

    Todays food diary -

1 low fat sausage, egg, bacon and toms (cooked by my lovely husband)[msnsmile]

Lunch tuna salad wholemeal roll (HEB)
    banana and highlight nibbles

Dinner will be cooked chicken from Morrisons, I know but didn't get to bed until 3am so can't be bothered, with carrots, brocolli and a couple of new potatoes. May have a meringue nest with strawberries and yoghurt after.

Paula sounds like you had a great time, I would love to go and see him.

Hope you are feeling better Julie.

Sally sorry it's so late in the day but i've just spotted that you are having cooked chicken from morrisons for tea
is this a rotisserie chicken? because they are not free, the supermarkets inject the chicken with fat and water to keep them moist[msneek] so you have to count it as syns, not definate how many syns but i think i remember my consultant saying 2.5 per 100gms, sorry to tell you this but i'm sure you would rather know than not[msnsmile]

    good morning everyone

well it's awful muggy weather up here in the north, just waiting for a thunderstorm to cool us all down [msneek]

it's seems very quiet on here , where is everyone?

i suspect you've all been out enjoying that sunshine and those bbq's and that really cold chilled wine/beer and the odd ice cream[msncool][msnoo]
hope no one has been too naughty[msnembarrased]

well another week is here (again!)and i hope it's a good one for everyone[clap]
