    Why is it I feel confident all week then when Thursday comes I feel nervous. My scales at home looked favourably upon me yesterday and I'm scared to get on them this morning. I hope I have a good loss.

    Julie the treadmill is a manual one, I'll see how I get along with this before I get a better one, it's not easy though and I feel like I'm walking uphill on it.[sporty][sporty]

    Tonight is the night. Soooooooooooooooooooooo excited I'm off to see Take That tonight.

    well i've had a sleep in [msnsmile2] dh got up on his day off and did the school run for me[clap]

    good luck this morning to Paula and to Liz and also good luck later today to Sally on her first weigh in, i'll be thinking of you all throughout the day [grouphug] don't worry, i've seen the food diaries and it's gonna be fine[msnwink]

    Julieanne glad to hear you having a great time and i hope you are enjoying every meal[clap] try not to worry too much, holidays are a time to relax and to enjoy yourself[msnsmile]

    oh and Paula, are you still off to the take that concert in your bikini ? [msneek] the boys will certainly notice you in the crowd and come on own up which one do you fancy???[msnembarrased][msnwink]i think it's Jason? because he's the most manly/rugged looking one!!!!

    i had the munchies all day yesterday but i've pretty much managed to keep things in check, for the first time in a long time i used all my 15 syns plus the other 8 i had saved up[msntongue] but far better for me to do that and still be in control than to just pig out without even thinking whats going in my mouth, i feel much calmer today [angel]

    Going back to Shirley Conran. I've read a couple of her books and they are very....urrmmmmmm[msnwink] Revenge was a favourite but just bought "Savages" [msneek][msneek] will let you know what its like!!!

    Mizzy...I too had a little lie in this morning ! Harry is off school today because the school is being used as a Polling station [msnmad]
    It does make me angry when the authorities are so strict on you taking the odd days out of school for family holidays but then they choose to close it for voting!!!! Its been a short week this week for the children as Monday was Bank Holiday!

    Well I weighed myself yesterday and have put on a further 2lbs!!![msncry][msncry] and this is since coming back from Florida!!
    Back on the "twister" this morning even though my back is playing up!

    Just weighed and I have stayed the same[msncry][msncry]
    I guess the excesses of the weekend are catching up on me![msnoo]
    I now have just 3 weeks in which I would like to lose 5lbs !![msneek] This would mean I would changed stone brackets before my hols!!
    I am going to do a really healthy shop this evening.

    Does anyone have this weeks SW password so that I can chart my lack of progress and watchmy target moving even further away?[msnsad][msncry]

    I'm looking forward to getting weighed this evening, can't wait infact.

    Never mind Liz, maybe next week.

    Today so far I have had-

    small bowl cereal HEAB
    fresh fruit salad (pineapple, raspberries, kiwi, apple, pear, grapes and banana.

    Pasta with tiny bit of extra light mayo, cheese (HEA), toms, cucumber, peppers and spring onion. Felt like a sin so had a bag of cadburys highlights nibbles (4 sins)

    thinking of you Sally!! and well done Liz, staying the same! is very good!
    i put on 2 and a 1/2 this week!! not sure why as i have had a busy week decorating and building the dolls house and laying laminate flooring!! must do better as my blood pressure is getting higher!! more meds on monday[msncry](got to see the Dr and he will increase the bp tabs) see what happens when i leave for a bit?

    Liz i know you probably wanted a loss even if it was just a little one but it's much better to have stayed the same and known the reason why than for it than it is just to stick when you've had a 100% food optomising week, your doing great so keep at it and i'm sure those 5lbs your wanting to lose will be all gone by your hols[msnwink][msnsmile]

    Sally, i can imagine you are excited i was too on my first ever weigh in and everyone is so pleased for you no matter how big or small a result and dont forget you will get lots of encouragement, ideas and advice by staying to class [clap][clap][clap]

    any news from Paula yet?????, SW and dieting will be the last thing on her mind i should imagine, i bet she's hiding in the stock cupboard at work drooling over her old "take that" pictures[msnembarrased][msnwink]
