Can you freezwe grapes Mizzy? Don't they go all soft & watery in the middle?

Porridge for brekkies, 3 egg omelette (farm eggs from the farm shop yesterday, absolutely delicious) with cheese and tomato and rice salad. Supper will be either spag bog or cottage pie, might do spag bog and then cottage pie tomorrow, make it a red day.

Yesterday I will draw a line under[:I], lost my mobile phone while walking the hounds, DH cancelled it PDQ and got my number moved to another sym card, so I have his old one at the moment - no numbers on it, so should have seen me trying to work out how to put names & numbers on!

So, a couple (actually about 4 if I am honest over the afternoon) of pieces of organic brown bread and cheese for lunch, plus the odd biscotti with cups of tea .... Still fruit for lunch and griddled sausages and veggies for supper, so could have been worse, if there had been chocolate I would have hit that!!

Anyway, the waitrose shop calls, oh my favourite occupation!

Ooh frozen grapes are so nice they turn out like boiled sweets with a soft centre
you have to suck them, they last ages and then they burst all nice and sweet in your mouth

poor you Fiona, sounds like you had a day like mine the only difference there was chocolate in my house it was a bar of galaxy caramel promises and i'm ashamed to say i had 6 squares[msnembarrased] followed swiftly by a bag of walkers lamb and mint crisps[msnembarrased][msneek]

i have been extra good syn wise since wednesday sticking to about 5 per day so fingers crossed i wont have put on weight

i'll be so angry with myself if i have [msnmad]

Oh isn't that galaxy promises just delicious, if only I could eat just 1 square!

Will try the frozen grapes, sounds lovely, and good for when you are desperate for something sweet. Bought 6 muller yogs and loads of fruit and salad. Just trying to decide shall I stay and read through the forum or take the hounds out again!

    Good evening ladies,

Belated Happy Birthday wishes Julie..hope you had a lovely day.[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

Well I had a fantastic weekend.

My special friends took me to a lovely hotel in Chester called Carden Park. I was pampered like a Queen. Luxury facial, full body massage, manicure, pedicure, sauna, swimming to name a few and then some fantastic meals[msnembarrased]and of course the excellant company of my very close friends.
Feel very refreshed now and ready for what the next week throws at me[msnwink][msnwink]
