Mizzy you have done so incredibly well, and for weeks now, and to be constantly motivated and disciplined like that, shows great determination and willpower. You should be so proud of how far you have come, and you are not going to pile those pounds back on in one week Mizzy, so don't be so hard on yourself. I think not losing this week might have knocked your motivation slightly, especially when you knew you'd been so good. I know from my WW weigh in days, that I would feel uninspired and fed up with the diet, when I hadn't had a loss, yet when I did lose I was encouraged and spurred on to lose more. Think of the hard work it has taken you to come this far, you know you aren't going to go backwards, you just felt the need to have one or two extras this week, maybe your body craves the sugars this time of the month. Treat yourself to some grapes, I know they are expensive in winter, but they are very sweet and might bridge the gap for you?

You are so inspiring to me and others here, from what you've told me, don't worry about what you've been nibbling on yesterday and today, tomorrow you will be back on course!

    Good Morning Everyone[msnsmile2]

i feel so much better this morning

not at all sure what was going on yesterday my husband says that i was having absences for most of the evening and then i slept like a baby, maybe i was over tired and should have taken things easy after the party

anyway i have got my focus back, i have just had my toast and jam for brekkie and have been checking out the veg drawer in the fridge to see what i may need to buy to make something for tea[msnwink]

    Have a good weekend everyone[clap]

Glad you are feeling better today Mizzy I was getting a bit worried about you when I read your post from last night[grouphug][grouphug] Maybe the [zzz][zzz][zzz][zzz][zzz]has done the trick and you will be back to your old self again today[msnwink]

Fiona's trick of reading SW mags always works for me too[msnwink]

Well I had a wonderful day yesterday, got lots of nice thoughtful pressies, had my eldest son home for a few hours too[msnwink]

Food wise I did OK, had a red day...porridge, banana, we had brunch out so I just ate a grilled sausage, grilled bacon, grilled mushroom and tomato, and a poached egg, in the evening we had curry so I had a mainmeal portion of chicken tikka pieces (no sauce) on a bed of lettuce and yogurt mint dressing. Only the had a teaspoon of my cake[angel][angel][angel] and no alcohol at all[angel][angel] plus the other half of my fresh pineapple[angel][angel] and 2 litres of water and 2 skinny lattes[clap][clap]

Got to plan my meals for today now, must lose 2lbs this week[msnwink]

    Have a great day all!!!![sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty]

    Hello everyone.
I'm still around (but only just!!!)
Had a MANIC 2 weeks. Have had a very quick look in now and again but only really at the owners area to find out progress(or lack of it) on our villa.
Work has been non stop-even weekends, but having 2 days off now (Bliss!)
Had a look over the posts-good to see the progress. Julie, you must be delighted with your success! Well done all the other losers and tryers! Sharon-your wedding is nearly here-you must be so excited!

Have managed to keep off the Haribos and Percy Pigs[msnwink]

Still hoping to lose around 4lb over the next couple of weeks but progress is VERY slow. I need to focus more as I must have eaten more than I thought as I've stayed the same for the last 2 weeks[msnsad]

So, brain in gear for Monday!
