    Congratulations Theresa thats a really great start for someone who is still adjusting to a new plan

    also Congratulations to Janny it must be a great feeling getting back into those jeans, your a star!!!!!
    when i get back into size 14's i'm gonna walk around with a few labels accidently on show and when i get back to size 12 all of those labels will be on show[msnwink][msnsmile2]

    so it's that very long monday again, i am feeling optomistic, it would be really nice to have another weight loss as that would make it 7 weeks in a row so fingers crossed[msnsmile]

    Monday Food Diary:

    Breakfast: Porridge
    Lunch: Tuna Pasta Bake & Salad
    Dinner: Cheese & Tomato on Wholemeal Bread & Yoghurt
    Snacks: Grapes, 2 Peaches, 2 Skinny Caps. [I'm on 0 syns after my wine sin yesterday!]

    I swapped dinner and lunch around again, as I was working!

    you have to have some syns you need between 5-15 per day

    if you have a blip then you must NOT punish yourself but just accept that you are human and move on to the next day
    the whole sw philosphy is that you are not on and off a diet but it is that you are eating healthily, you are in control and you are free to make the choices that will work best for you
    so you relaxed a little yesterday, so what, we all do and we all need to from time to time
    you must not punish yourself for this

    Janny...hope you had a good trip as well and enjoyed the food as much as I did[msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
    ....crept onto my scales this morning and believe I've actually stayed the same[msnsmile2]....but there again my scales are abit dodgey[msneek]

    Just burnt about 50 calories off on my "Twist and Shape" and feel absolutely K.........d....but will try more later.

    Paula, Liesa how are you doing on your machines?????

    Just making my own vegetable soup for lunch with broccoli, onions, swede, sweetcorn, lentils and some herbs!
    ...my eldest son who has just recovered from his tummy sickness last week is now suffering with the mega sore throat and cold virus[msnsad] so need to get some vitamins and goodness in him today.

    Hi all, feeling better today - at last! Although still got lovely wheezy cough and streaming nose mouth ulcers and cold sores (can you imagine what I look like!), but mind is clearer, so will go to work for the afternoon and see if I can clear the backlog that will be there while I spent a whole week in bed!

    Had my porridge & banana for brekkies, planning jacket, beans & cheese + fruit for lunch and spag bog (for green day) & salad and more fruit for pud.

    Good luck with the weigh in Mizzy, Janny well done doing so well during a week away, Sharon just get back on track and you will look fabulous in the that dress.

    Feeling really pleased with myself, I was on the LTT at 6.15am and will have another go this evening, might try and fit a little run in before it goes dark. I listen to MP3 player pretty loud when I'm excersing and it doesn't feel too bad, black eyed peas "my humps", the words alone are an inspiration. [msnwink]
