Hello everyone! Thanks for the kind words from everyone on my Dad's anniversary.
This weekend was a long weekend, hence my not being around. I was very good though, the only 'naughty' indulge I had was a WW chocolate steam pudding with WW custard. Not sure how many syns, I couldn't look up the syns (must get the password) but I am sure it wasn't that bad being WW!!!
Yesterday we spent 6 hours at Chadstone Shopping Centre, which is the biggest shopping centre in Victoria! I am sure we walked many kms. For lunch, I had my first decision making to do at a Food Court since starting WW. I bypassed the Hungry Jacks/McDonalds/Mexican Nachos/Italian Pastas/etc, and went to the Asian counter. I had chinese stir fry beef and chicken with vegetables (red day) and said no to the rice and noodles! Mid afternoon we were wilting, so I had a New Zealand Dairy fruit smoothie (no fat yoghurt with fresh pureed Mango/Passionfruit, as a 'pick me up'. I did lose pounds and pounds, actually it was dollars, I am just converting. Hopefully I converted fat into muscle at the same time, that's the conversion I like best!
