    i dont know about my mum dreading mine, i know i did!!!! am sure i never took the letters home![msneek]
    i really look forward to seeing Laurens teachers and discussing all the school stuff with them, only trouble is the teacher is going on maternity leave at the end of the month, most of the kids are on a downer already, the next parents evening may not be so good!!

    Last two weigh ins I have put on - so I suppose it's progress [msneek]

    Think I made a reasonably good choice for my meal out last night [msnscared] chicken ceaser wrap with lots of salad [msntongue]

    Had porridge this morning, cous cous and salad for lunch and chicken fillet and sweet potato tonight

    More hard work to be done though [msneek]

    and like you said you've only had four days so maybe it was a little too early to expect a result
    keep up the good work and here's to a significant loss next week[clap]

    Paula i know how you feel too, i really need to commit to more exercise, i am going to try and coax my diet buddy into becoming my walking buddy[msnwink]and then we can have a good gossip whilst fitting in some much needed exercise[msnsmile2]

    This afternoons going to be a tester!! I'm helping my friend cater for her daughters 18th birthday party which is tonight.
    250 people to make sandwiches for!!![msneek][msneek][msneek][msnscared], I'm up to my eyes at the moment cooking sausage rolls, all 300 of them!!!!!

    Sharon, whenever I am faced with that kind of situation I actually find it easier not to taste ANYTHING at all, I find I can be stronger than if I have a tiny taste - good luck with it all[clap]

    Paula and Mizzy - I honestly feel you would both benefit from some powerwalking, if you go it alone have an ipod or some way of listening to music the beat really helps[sporty][sporty][sporty] Like I have said to Mizzy if anyone would like a back copy of Personal Trainer for Women magazine I will post it to you just dm me your address I have a few copies still[sporty][sporty]

    So far doing ok today.

    Julie I will DM you my address if you don't mind posting one to me. I think alot of my weight problems are not getting enough exercise, if any. I think I speak on behalf of most people with a bit of weight to loose we could all do with burning off some calories. I know for a fact I make alot of excuses....work...pick Eve up from nursery........come home prepare tea.......pick Caitlin up from school.........come home feed the family and by the time the girls have had a bath and gone to bed the last thing I feel like doing is going for a run or dancing along with Davina, Angela or whoever on video. I may give the Peter Kay video a try though at least it will be a laugh.
    I love swimming and can swim really well but I'm ashamed to say I won't go to the local baths[msnembarrased] I hate feeling like this, just wish I could switch off at times.

    Paula, I don't know if you can do this but I find the only way to fit it in is to do it before the children get up, hence I am up at 5am most days, it also will do wonders for your mood all those endorphins will lift your mood and even though you get up early you actually feel less tired[msnwink]

    For Liesa[grouphug], I am dreading the day that my girls start to leave home, yes they drive me up the wall sometimes, but it wouldn't be the same without any of them.

    Well I will be glad when this week is over. To finish my week off I got my car back from the garage with a new power steering pump and a bank account £280 lighter[msnsad]. Our beloved rabbit died last night, he was 8 so an old man but so very sad as he was a dear little thing. This morning I took the dog for his walk in the usual place and somehow he got out onto the road, a country road but they speed along it. My heart was in my mouth, cars where stopping and I couldn't get to him, managed to grab him and then had to climb a barbed wire fence (not a pretty sight).

    Food wise I have been very good today and have looked at slimming world and there are 5 classes local to me. I am going to think over the weekend about whether to go or not, didn't really want to go to a class but wanted to do it by myself.
