All gone[msneek] <span style="color:red">How are you getting on with the SW Julie[?][?]

Well I got the thumbs up from you SW experts for my first two days eating plans (Mon & Tues)
Might have let myself down yesterday, not sure if beans on toast was ok for my evening meal?

And I'm out tonight - had porridge for brekkie, blt on wholemeal bread for lunch - not sure what to look for on the menu tonight [msneek]

We'll see what the scales verdict is tomotrrow, although I realise 4 days will not be long enough to judge on!

Thanks all for your lovely comments. You have all inspired me to go the whole hog!!!![msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

I really do have to watch my weight and just have to look at a cream cake for me to put weight on!!
I've done diets in the past and just got fed up with them and gave up half way through. You have all helped with all your advise and yummy recipes!! I thank you.
I am a real fan now of SW and as Mizzy states, its not a diet, just a healthy eating programme. I really enjoy it!
Hopefully I won't put too much weight back on whilst away in Florida[msnscared]

I'm sure you'll hardly put a lb on at all Sharon with all that exercise you'll be doing out there[msnwink]

i think i put 4lbs on last time[msneek] it must have been all the walking that stopped it from being more[msnembarrased]i was expecting at least 7lbs

    another good day for me[angel]

had bbq chicken kebabs with roasted veg for tea
snacks of yoghurt banana, melon and 2 ameretti biscotti throughout the day
and i have a nice tall glass of fiery diet ginger beer to drink whilst i'm sat here typing away

the children have made chocolate cornflake cakes and i have resisted the temptation to have any because i know myself and one would lead to two and so on[msnscared]

    i'm still being good!!![angel]

i have been very good all day, but very down, my son has left home at last, the flat is all ready, freshly decorated and sorted, and he has now flown the nest[msncry][msncry]he cried, his elder brother cried! Lauren cried, all so upset but hes only 2 miles away less then 10 mins in the car, its our Russ who pops in here on many occasions, hope he'll be very happy! only have 1 out of 6 left! and Terri shes half here and half at the boyfriends so cant really count her!

Aw big hugs Leisa, you must be delighted he has made a nice new nest for himself, but feeling lost without him in yours.
Be glad he is so near to you, some naughty people move to the other side of the world, too far to fly back very often! [msnsad]

Oh and that's not an excuse to eat chocolate either [msnwink]

I had a good day yesterday. After Caitlins parents evening, which went very well, we decided not to eat out until Sunday......going for a Chinese then. It's funny I look forward to see how Caitlin is getting on, my Mum used to dread mine, can't for the life of me think why!

Everyone seems to be doing very well at the moment, I feel even though I'm being good I am not 100% motivated. I've just noticed my countdown clock is 4 months 1 day so if thats not the motivation I need I don't know what is.

I know my main problem is excercise so I will being trying harder over the next few weeks.
