I don't think I have been eating enough! I certainly eat hardly anything on a green day, so I could cook some potato wedges and nibble on them couldn't I! I should buy some chicken breasts and grill them for those red days too. Thanks for the tips. Will try and eat more!

Well my friend has this Vegetable Flan, so I ate mostly veggies out of it, with Salad and glasses of water. The others drank wine. I was very good.

Fiona [grouphug] i know how you must be feeling, i have been there in the past especially towards the back end of last year, dont give up, vary your meals as much as possible and as Julie says how about success express days?, there have been some amazing weight losses in my class because people are building some of these day in to their week, i might even be tempted myself [msneek]
