the advice you've been given is great, carry on with what your doing eat a large variety of foods and try not to stick to the same meals over and over, super speed foods are great and also adding the variety really makes a real difference
last week when i stayed the same (despite having a really good week and following the plan 100%) i was gutted and i'm sure you feel exactly the same too but as long as you stick with it then the rewards will show next week, i promise
so you go girl!!!![msnwink]

Have just found this topic and it is SO interesting. Would love to know what diet you are all following, what about exercise? I bought a new threadmill few weeks ago but killing my ankles. I just so want to loose weight before hols in June.

we are all doing different things some of us are doing slimming world some are doing weigh w a t c h ers some are following their own healthy eating plans and some are just cutting down and trying to keep their weight under control
we are all here to support each other, to celebrate our losses and to sympathise when we are having a bad time

I am doing SW although all last year I was doing my own healthy eating but not eating enough so SW has helped me focus back onto eating enough of the right stuff.
I have had a treadmill for 3 years now, before that I was a member of a gym but it was too time consuming with a young child so it great doing it at home, I also have some weights and a core ball, so exercising at home is so easy[sporty][sporty] Have you just started running or walking? Gradient or no gradient?
We will all help you with anything we possible can, what eating plan are you following?[msnwink]

decided on bbq chicken breast with roasted vegetables for tea
only had 4 syns today so i will probably have a small choccie treat at supper time[msntongue]
so its been a [angel]ic day for me[msnsmile2]

Jacket pot (no butter, spread or mayo of any kind) with cottage cheese and pineapple

Roasted veg cous cous for tea
Only 1 litre of water so far[msneek]
Got a choice of fruits for tonight, pears, plums, peaches or apples and natural low fat yogurt[msnwink]
Think I have only had a couple of syns so far today[msnwink]
