Mizzy - well done [clap] [clap]

    Julie - good luck [msnsmile]

Trev - glad you had a good holiday - looking forward to hearing all about it, especially the food [msnwink]

Sally, how awful the last few days must have been for you - not being a parent I'm not qualified to give advice but my opinion would be that it should come out if at all possible and some serious grounding would be in order - good luck [grouphug]

    Morning everyone,
    A very well done Mizzy....you deserve it[clap][clap][clap]

Julie...good luck with your weigh in today[msnsmile2]

Sally, Nothing like your problems but my youngest little boy Harry, since he was about 18 months old was so energetic and full of mischief (to put it mildly)[msneek] and then a doctor advised me to try him with fish oils because he just couldn't concentrate at all! He has now been on them for the past 6 months and what a difference they have made.

Trev....Welcome back. Anyway you're allowed to put weight on whilst on holiday in Florida[msnwink][msnwink] Cashews and pistachio nuts are my favourite[msnscared][msnscared]

Julieanne....your food diary sounds lovely for today.

    Mine today

    weetabix with skimmed milk
    Black coffee
home made veg soup with 1 slice wholemeal bread
    fruit snacks
    lots of water
    Salmon and veg for dinner[msnsmile2]

Trev welcome back, oh and yeah, it must be fluid retention! [msntongue]

That's funny about the comments about fish oil, as my Mum was suggesting I look into it for my youngest son, as he is so energetic and doesn't sit still for a second, and my niece in UK was similar, and now takes the capsules and is much quieter and focused. So I think I'll look out of something similiar here.

    Food Diary

    Porridge
Bacon & Egg omlette & salad (again)
Tuna Pasta Bake....which the whole family loved, and polished off in record speed...thanks SW!
Snacks: Fruit, Yoghurt & gallons of water!

    Theresa

Janny has her Dad staying with her for a week so probably fairly busy, but is practising hard for her forthcoming run!

Sally I do feel for you, my sister was always like that (being the middle child), and still has huge issues, sees a shrink regularly, and is very fragile. One day you will look back on this and think well we got through it and came out the other side, and yes she was a horror but now she is happy everything is better. We all handle our parenting differently, and it's all instinctive, all you can say is we did the best we could and we loved you, can't ask any more than that. She's probably got lots of hormones whirring round inside her and she just doesn't know how to cope with it all, my 17yr old is temperamental one day and charm personified the next (actually so is the old boy - male menopause or what!)

    Back to the diet!

Good day yesterday, porridge for brekkies, hard boiled egg salad for lunch, tons of fruit and minute portion of cottage pie as was not hungry after chasing round like a mad thing when I got home.

Weigh in today, so hopefully will have some off, porridge & fruit for brekkies, cottage cheese and bulgar wheat for lunch, and tomato pasta for supper.

Well back from weigh in and I stayed the same!!![msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry] Bitterly disappointed but will pick myself up and plan next week to the letter (i did last week so I thought[msnscared]) That horrible week is due so thats the only other thing I can think of[msnmad]

So bananas and grapes are off the menu replaced by super speed fruits like melon, apples, oranges, berries etc, and I will do more green days and success express days too[msnsmile]

Lots to do but will check in later[msnwink]

Sally this is for you honey[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

I'm sure you'll get better results next week Julie - keep going

Are bananas and grapes bad fruits? Because I'm eating quite a lot of them [msneek]
