    Well back on track again this week after the hectic weekend.
    Just had 2 slices of wholemael toast and the lovely ginger jam.

    Julieanne your food plan looks great remember to snack on unlimited foods if you get hungry
    and you can have a huge jacket potato because they are free on green or how about crispy potato wedges or chunky chips?

    Sharon, Pistachio nuts are quite high in syns they work out at 2 nuts = 1/2 syn or 8 1/2 syns per 28 gm
    you can also have them has an healthy extra at 2 level dsp shelled[msneek]

    I will have to rethink my healthy extras and include a lot more, exercies more this week and drink litres of water!

    Good luck with everyone else with the weigh ins!! Mizzy its hard waiting until the end of the day, I wait for my evening shift too, so you have to go easy with the food!

    Bacon Omelette & salad
    Chicken Champ & Peas

    Snacks: Skinny Cap, Banana, Peace, and going to have a yoghurt now.

    Theresa never mind and like you say look at what free foods you can eat and up the water you drink, sorry to hear about your dizzyness hope it gets etter soon[grouphug] Wraps - there are the bought type flour tortilla (page 28 March/April mag) with the Chicken Salsa wraps or home made ones made from egg on page 62 of the March/April mag I sent you (I did send that one didn't I?).

    Thanks Julie, Mizzy and Theresa - this is my first SW week - so may have lots more questions as I'm not going to a class just trying to do it from the website, magazine and all your great tips.

    The nuts I have to snack on are mixed shelled nuts with raisins, won't go too mad on them but hope a few will be ok??

    Julieanne I used to snack on a few natural nuts but I have given them up for the time being, they are to consuming of your syns and hard to judge how many is the correct amount[msnwink]

    Oh no I have completely lost it[msncry]

    Went out to lunch of Friday (boss was paying[clap]) and it's been downhill ever since.

    Have had a stressful weekend, car problems and 13 year old daughter problems, she came home from town with her tongue pierced[msnoo].

    When I'm stressed I comfort eat and thats what I have been doing, I need to get back on track before too much damage is done.
