Food diary today for me:
2 slices wholemeal toast with some scrummy ginger jam
Banana
homemade veg soup
Salmon and fresh veg for dinner
plus at least 2 and half litres of water
oh and I bought myself a new steamer today and love it. The veg takes delicious.

food diary for today - another "green" day
2 slices organic wholemeal toast and GINGER JAM for brekkie
banana for snack
Batchelors cheese leek and ham pasta for lunch (was feelin lazy!)
2 ameretti biscotti for afternoon snack with banana and custard mullerlight
Spicy morrocan potato wedges 2 quorn sausages and beans for tea (i added morrocan spice to the beans too, tasted yummy)
a two finger white choc strawberry and cream kit kat to look forward too at supper time[msntongue]
9.5 syns for full day
so it's been an [angel]ic day for me

I now realise I had got into to that hardly eating trap which lowers your met rate, as my friend/personal trainer Chris always says "you have to feed a fire to make it burn"[msnwink]

i'm not certain but looking back at last weeks food diary i ate two very small "on the go" tea's and i am sure it hasn't helped with the weight loss
the people in my class who lose large amounts each week are always amazed because they say they have eaten loads
i'm going for it big style this week and my diet buddy who i've missed at class for the last two weeks says that she's gonna be back next monday to cheer me on[clap]
hang onto those food diary's Julie and make a note of that particular weeks weight loss because they are really useful to back track on when times get tough
