Well done you two Mizzy and Paula at least you didn't put on and you will both lose next week I am sure[msnsmile]

Mizzy you have done so well since the first of Jan and like you say you have much to be proud off[clap]

Paula I can't remember how much you have lost so far but I know you have done really well[clap]

Well its my turn tomorrow for my first weigh in at SW, I don't feel I have lost loads as I was doing it to a certain extent and had already lost 4lbs but I am hoping for a 2lb loss, so fingers crossed pleased everyone[msnwink]

I won't be able to let you all know until tea time as I am working in Manchester straight from SW class[msnsmile2]

Had my strawberries and yogurt at 9pm and they were yummy!

Oh Mizzy I remember from my WW weigh-in days how flat you can feel when you don't lose, but I remember it was a worst feeling to have put on. Hang in there, you'll probably lose more next week! I don't know about you, but my body fluctuates during a month, and twice a month I seem to gain a lot of fluid, its really annoying!

Those wraps do sound lovely Julie, will have to give it a try!

Bad weekend for me I'm afraid, been eating out ( and on the wine) 2 days running this weekend. Needless to say, 1/2lb on at WW today. [msnembarrased]
Must get myself back on track. I think it's going to be Prawn salads for lunch for the rest of the week while I'm in at work!

thanks for your support everyone and Theresa yes it really does feel bl**min awful when you get weighed and stay the same especially as there were quite a few at class who have been well and truly off the plan and have still managed to lose a lb or two[msncry]

well another new week for me tommorow i am going to be really positive and just go for it
i will try to put in lots of exercise to help burn off a few more lbs[msnsmile2]

off to bed now so nighty night[zzz]

Yep look onwards and upwards Mizzy, next week will be brilliant for you!

Leisa the evening munchies are the worst thing. I remember being told in a WW class to try doing some cross stitch, or knitting (I'm not a knitter) as if you are busy with your hands you won't think of eating as much. I bought a cross stitch and it really worked, you don't want to get any crumbs on the work! Also try having just a banana and a low fat chocolate drink, we have these Jarrah Options here, you make them up with hot water and they are yummy! Also sometimes a cup of hot water will fill you up for a while, often we are thirsty, but it feels like hunger! Good luck, the evening munchies are the worse!

Mizzy you have done incredibly well with all the weight you have lost since January. It is always easier in the beginning, and then starts getting tougher.

Keep on with what you are doing and if this doesn't work, then have a look at it and see if you need to change to mainly green or mainly red days.

Also if you have just started lots of exercise you will have (uhem) fat converting to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.

Keep going everyone else, I was virtuous at supper and did not eat the fried potatoes[angel], also did not have any Ben & Jerry's fish food - even bigger[angel]!!

    Well done Fiona[clap]

Pam there was a programme on last night about drinking wine, 3 people who drank wine most day gave up for a month and they all lost over a stone, I am sure you will do OK next week, so good luck[msnwink]

Theresa we have Options Hot Choc drinks here too in lots fo flavours made with boiling water and only 40 cals a cup. very handy when a sweet craving kicks in[msnwink]

Mizzy, Fiona is right about the exercise so don't overdo it, walking is ideal to start off with, make sure you have decent trainers, and why not get a pedometer (I have asked for one for my birthday on Friday[msnwink]) My treadmill tells me how mainy miles/kilometers I have done and at what gradient but not how many strides like the one I used to use at the gym[msnsmile] Handy for outside walks like you are going to do[msnwink]

Another really good thing to have is a Polar Rate Heart moniter, it tells you what your heart rate is and if you are into the fat burning zone etc you only need a basic one but they are a great tool when working out (I have also asked for a new one as I have got through two in the last 8 years of proper training)..................

Weigh in for me at 1015[msneek] really hope I have lost as I have been so so good this week, it took me a few days to really get into it but I just want 2lbs off, please god!!!!

Can't log on till tea time as I am working in town, also working through lunch so will be straving by the time I get home, on show so won't be able to eat[msnscared] So wish me luck!!!

    Have a great day all[clap][clap][clap][clap]
